This luxury villa sleeps 37 people, and in order to guarantee our guests’ total privacy, it can only be rented as a whole. The Villa and the adjacent annexes consist of 3 suites, 1 junior suite and 12 bedrooms.

Ground Floor: On the ground floor there is a private chapel, dining room, kitchen, pantry, hall, two double Bedrooms, a laundry and one bathroom.

First Floor: On the first floor there is a large reception room for parties, billiards room, table-football room, table-games room, roulette room, satellite TV Room, ping-pong Room. This entire floor of the villa is dedicated to the games.

Second Floor: On the second floor there is a saloon's balcony, kitchenette, two double bedrooms with bathroom with tub en suite, one double bedroom with two extra sofa beds and a bathroom with tub, one twin bedroom with bathroom with tub, one twin bedroom with two extra sofa beds and a bathroom with tub.

Mansard Floor: On the mansard-garret floor: Gym, Sauna, two double bedrooms, one bathroom with tub, one twin bedroom with a bathroom with two showers.

Annex: Projection hall with 35 mm projector, one double bedroom with an extra sofa bad and a bathroom with shower, three double bedrooms, two single sofa beds and two bathroom with tub.

Outdoor: 60 x 30 ft. swimming pool with changing rooms, showers, sauna, kitchen block, bar, barbecue and pergola, with full facilities and landscaped gardens.
