Both the villa and it's grounds are well equipped with all of the comforts and accessories to grant you a wonderful stay and this property is ideal for small intimate weddings.

The villa will accommodate up to 14 people, with two kitchens, formal and informal living areas and wonderful modern bathrooms. It comes equipped with all modern accessories - television, an industrial stainless steel stove, oven, large fridge/freezer and the original stone fireplaces.

Outside there is a covered terrace with a large dining table where guests can enjoy views over the olive groves and gardens that surround the villa. The villa is totally private and the grounds are fenced all around, with a secured entrance gate.

Another covered terrace looks over the 10 x 6 metre pool where you can also enjoy eating with views of the Duomo in the distance. There are plenty of deckchairs, sunbeds, and tables for your group. The well kept grounds measure six hectares and features mature wisteria vines, roses, palm trees, a fruit orchard, barbecue and an ancient 600 year old silk tree. There are many ideal areas on theproperty to have an intimate and personal ceremony and reception. The grassy areas are vast and well maintained , and there are two covered terraces.

The two kitchens in the villa are convenient for onsite catering to prepare the food for your reception. From the property you have views of Florence, Settingnano and Fiesole.Additional accommodation can be provided either in Florence's historical centre or in villas in the nearby countryside. Wine and oil are also for sale at this villa, made by the owners.
