This majestic 17th Century villa can be found at the foot of the mountains of Pistoia, surrounded by 30,000m² of trees and amidst acres of olive groves. It is the perfect venue for an elegant wedding or vacation in Tuscany.
The current owner has completely restored the villa, to its original beauty, maintaining the terracotta floors, vaulted frescoed ceilings, and attics with exposed beams. The main hall on the ground floor is used for special events such as weddings, cultural events, banquets and parties. There is a bar here serving the outdoor sports facilities and a hall where breakfast is served. This room has an antique marble fireplace that has been perfectly preserved. Opposite, another hall has a big rustic fireplace, beams and a large screen television with satellite channels.

The old hayloft and farmhouse adjoining the house is now an elegant and comfortable restaurant, rebuilt preserving the original architecture. You can enjoy typical Tuscan and Italian cooking and olive oil and wine grown on the estate. The bread is baked in the wood-burning oven.
The suites are all within the villa, and have been decorated with attention to every detail, recognising both history and the Tuscan traditions of design. The villa has an elevator, and all suites have marvellous views, from the mountains to the hills, countryside and town, and onto the splendid Pistoia Cathedral.

In the 3 hectares of park around the house there are two rubberised and two synthetic grass fields which can become soccer pitches when needed. There is also a tennis court and a beautiful 25 x 12.5m pool is surrounded by an expansive lawn bordered with olive trees.

The 'Villa Pistoia' offers the quietness of the countryside while remaining near to the ancient town centre, easily reachable by bike in 5 minutes or bus (bus stop at 50 meters). In the area, only 12 km. Away you will find the famous spa town, "Montecatini Terme". You can reach the Italian Riviera and the beaches of "Versilia" in 50 minutes by car. Florence is an easy half hour drive.
