The grand ballroom is a magnificent salon for a reception and seats up to 100 guests and with the elegant balcony that looks upon it, creates an elegant atmosphere. Adjoining this ballroom is another smaller room which leads out onto the charming italian garden giving space for another 30 people. There are other adjoining salons, the villa's library and music room which can both be used to provide various areas for cocktails, cloak room, for gift's or for the dessert buffet. The building is completely surrounded by a picturesque Italian garden with unique views over Florence and the other hill towns in the distance.

The grounds of the estate create a splendid setting for a wedding, with an avenue lined on both sides by stately cypress trees, ideal for agrand entrance is a horse and carriage. There is a lovely lawn at the front of the villa, where guests can be seated outside for the reception and the estates private chapel can also be used for the marriage ceremony.
